    • Rinse the sprayer right after use so dried texture does not clog it.

    How to use

    1. Step 1Mix the dry texture as the kit directions say and fill the sprayer.
    2. Step 2Set the sprayer for your texture and test it on cardboard.
    3. Step 3Spray the patch lightly, feathering the edges into the texture around it.
    4. Step 4For knockdown, flatten the spatter with the included knife as it starts to set.

    Before you start

    An aerosol texture can is under pressure and its propellant burns: keep it away from open flame and heat while you spray, air the room, and do not leave a can in a hot car or a sunny window. Sanding the patch first raises fine dust, so wear a dust mask and catch it on a drop cloth.
