Terms of service

Using homax-us.com means you accept these terms. The site explains the Homax line and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Who we are not

We are an independent guide. We are not Homax Products and not PPG Industries, we do not make or sell the products, and nothing here is a statement by their maker. Homax, Tough as Tile and the product names are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to name the products.

Prices, figures and ratings

Prices, can sizes, pack counts and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A product that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return.

Using the products

Our guides cite the EPA, the CPSC, OSHA and other public sources on ventilation, aerosols, asbestos and lead paint. They are general information. The label on each product, its safety data sheet and your own judgement of the job decide how a product is used.

Content

The text and page design here are ours. Product photographs show the products as they are sold. Link to any page you like, but please do not copy pages wholesale.
