    How to use

    1. Step 1Remove the old caulk, then clean and dry the corner.
    2. Step 2Peel back a short length of backing and set the strip in the corner.
    3. Step 3Press it down firmly as you peel, working along the joint.
    4. Step 4Trim the end at the corner with a sharp blade.

    If you have never run a caulk gun, a peel-and-stick strip is the gentler way to close the joint between a tub and the wall. Homax makes this one 7/8 inch wide and 11 feet long, in white.

    It is the narrowest of the peel-and-stick strips, suited to tight joints along a tub or a counter. You peel the backing, press the strip into the corner and smooth it down as you go. Wider gaps call for the extra wide strip instead.
